«Pamela» the Feminine
The main characteristic of Pamela hats, is the oval-round crown and wide brim.
We will find this hat in several variations from its original form. It first appeared in the 1790s and was worn back on the head. It had only a crown without a brim and was tied with a wide ribbon. Later, the hat was adapted to the needs of the time and acquired a wide brim, but maintaining the original style of the crown.
Now the Pamela hats, are known by the actress Pamela Anderson which bring out the feminine side of the woman.
«Alamuddin» the Elegant
The main characteristic of Alamuddin hats , is the flat or round crown and the wide brim, turned slightly forward.
It has borrowed its name from the famous lawyer Amal Alamudin. Which she chooses to wear in most of her appearances hat and always looks elegant.
"Canotier" the Stylish
The main characteristic of Canotier hats (or Boater), is the flat low crown and the flat narrow brim.
At the end of the 19th century, it was first worn by gondoliers in Venice and thus became fashionable at all sailing, sports and university events.
This hat became famous by Coco Chanel who loved to wear it in all her appearances.
«Gambler» the American
The main characteristic of Gambler hats (or Telescope), is the oval low crown, a telescope crown is marked by its simple circular indentation and wide brim.
Historically it was first worn by Mexican Cowboys who traveled from South America and Mexico to the USA for work. Due to its low crown, it prevented the accumulation of hot air keeping the head cool after long hours of work.
